API Upload Error

Hi there,

I was trying to upload my samples from the NEMO HPC at crick to flow via the API, and I managed to get it to work, but somewhere in the middle, the connection breaks and shows the error “http.client.RemoteDisconnected: Remote end closed connection without response”. I have also included a screenshot of the error below and am also happy to send you the script and log files!

Hi Hanzhong,

Do you happen to know the date/time that the error occured, so I can check the logs? I see the screenshot has a timestamp, but wasn’t sure if it was taken later.

Also does the error persist, or was it just on this attempt that the upload failed?

Please find the timestamp of the job below, and I have also saved the error as a log (attached to this email). Hope it helps.

There were no network outages at this time as far as I can see - has the error recurred since this 24th September issue?

(The attachment didn’t come though to the forum I don’t think.)
