FILTER_TRANSCRIPTS Error

Hi, I got this error in the FILTER_TRANSCRIPTS module while running the standard iclip pipeline. Not sure what it means, so would appreciate some help!

Unable to find image 'quay.io/mgibio/samtools-cwl:1.16.1' locally   
docker: Error response from daemon: unauthorized: access to the requested resource is not authorized.   
See 'docker run --help'.
